InConcrete is converted to an Artisen and DIY Studio.

Hi folks.  I know it's been a long time.  Lots of changes have been occurring at InConcrete. Most notably, we've decided to let our contractor's license go and effectively get out of the construction business.  We are both pursuing other career goals and have converted InConcrete to an art studio.

We are having much more fun creating concrete art for folks who appreciate the art of what we do rather then competing in essentially the countertop industry.  Blech.  As such, we are currently booked through October of 2011 for now commissioned projects.

Feel free to drop us an email if you would like to meet to discuss future opportunites to have a one-of-a-kind InConcrete element, would like a studio tour, or need recommendations of other materials or artisans.  We're happy to help.

We are also available for hire to assist you in creating your own concrete masterpiece at your home or in our studio... again, email for information.

FOR SALE... CONCRETE SHOWROOM PIECES NO LONGER BEING USED!!

InConcrete has moved its office and showroom to downtown!  Good for business, but the showroom is not as big.  As such, we have a couple of InConcrete Custom Design pieces for sale for great prices!  Check it out!

Below is a sweet looking concrete island/table/work island.  It is a cool orangey color similar to the color of stained pine.  It was made of special ordered 100% Recycled Blue Glass as all of it's aggregate and sand.  It is organic in shape (but symmetrical) and measures approximately 6' x 30".  It has 4 magnets inlaid into it at a distance to hold down a set of 18" x 24" (or larger) construction plans.  Can also be used as magnetic "paper weights", napkin holders, etc.  It also has inlaid a removable pencil cup that can be used for pens, small utensils, whatever you can think of.  We had it sitting on an IKEA book shelf (pictured, but NOT included).  This could make a great indoor/out door bar, a work island, or table.  This piece, if custom, would retail for approximately $2000.00 because of the specialty glass and its size.  I'd like to get $500.00 for it, and will take reasonable offers.  Because of it's size, it includes delivery.  Would have to assess whether or not it could fit going up certain stairs.  This piece is also featured in our gallery.

The other piece we are offering is an InConcrete 100% FLAGSTAFF Recycled Glass Vanity with integral sink, faucet, base and shelf included!  All for just $200.00.  The base is very simple, but will work with bracing to the wall.  Or, just put the top on an existing cabinet.  24" x 24".   Add $50 to deliver and another $100 to install.  We can also ship this item for an extra charge, but I would not bother having the base shipped.  This item would retail for at least $600.00 for the top alone.

Why buy local?

Why buy local?  Because it's the only way for you to help your local economy.  That's dumbed down a bit - but take 5 more minutes to understand how important it is - especially in today's economy and this holiday season to buy local:

Sheesh - It's been a crazy summer!

InConcrete has had a crazy summer!  I've finally taken ALMOST all of the pictures of projects I need to take, and am looking really forward to sharing them all with you and updating our portfolio book.  We have some really exciting projects coming down the pipeline along with a whole new business model that will address ever tightening budgets and timelines.

In the meantime, we're also looking to get feedback from our past clients, as well as any community members that have a "sense" or opinion about our company.  What have YOU heard, and WHAT do you think we can do better or different?  We really appreciate your help on this, as it is imperative for a successful business to hear the good, the bad, the ugly and the pretty from its peers, clients, colleagues, and community members.

PLEASE TAKE OUR SURVEY BELOW.  IT IS VERY SHORT AND FAST.  IF YOU COMPLETE YOUR SURVEY AND CHOOSE TO INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION ON THE LAST QUESTION WE WILL PUT YOU IN A DRAWING FOR A FREE CONCRETE DESIGN ELEMENT.
